Complete renovation of a rundown Swahili style house which was also extended to include a garage and store, new kitchen and dhobi area, staff quarters and swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi and recreational pool surround. Air conditioning was installed as well as adding to and renovation of existing bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. A rooftop bar and recreation area using attractive quarry tiles, topped by a makuti roof, was added to what was originally a flat roof top.
